Page Four — Work & Play

Some call it work. I remember the moments.

This isn't really a portfolio. It's evidence that I've had a lot of fun working.

Work I Remember, Moments I Keep

Stages built. Stories told. People connected.

Faith & History
The Everlasting Flame
A story larger than the stage. This one asked for both producing and understanding.
National Scale
Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav
When an entire country becomes the canvas — planning, people, precision, controlled madness.
Legacy
M. S. Subbulakshmi Centenary
Some voices don't end. Curation began by knowing when not to interfere.
Ministry of Culture
Art Installation
Sometimes a story doesn't need words. Space can communicate.
National Concert
Independence Day Concert
A familiar emotion, a new expression — making people feel it again.
Collaboration
The Mega Ensemble
Many artists. One moment. Discovering what's possible when they listen to one another.
Virtual
The Virtual Charity Concert
The stage disappeared. The reason did not. Creativity found another way.
Words & Ideas
Literature Festival
Conversations deserve stages too. I could happily live inside these.

Not everything that mattered came with a giant stage.

And Then There Are the Other Frames
A rehearsal nobody saw.
An empty auditorium, ten minutes before doors opened.
A conversation backstage.
A scribbled idea.
An exhausted team, 2 a.m.
The first light coming on.
The last person leaving.
A photograph with someone whose work I admired.
A meal after everything finally worked.
Work / Play

I've never completely understood where one ends and the other begins.

Conversations

Collecting things I probably don't need. Cooking for people I do. And occasionally doing absolutely nothing while convincing myself I'm thinking. Life needs its commas too.

The Happiness Archive

Not awards. Not designations. Not job titles. Just moments worth keeping.

People I met.
Places work took me.
Stages before the audience arrived.
Backstage after the applause ended.
Ideas drawn on pieces of paper.
Friends made while solving impossible problems.
Journeys that began as assignments and became memories.
Work that paid. Work that didn't.
Work I would do all over again.
A Portfolio Should Show What You Did

I would rather show what it felt like.

Because eventually the presentations disappear, the stages come down, campaigns end, teams move on. What remains is the strange privilege of looking back at a photograph and remembering — I was there. We made that happen. And somewhere along the way, we were happy.

Work created the memories. People created the happiness.
